Welcome to the ResPar Platform. By registering and using our services as a Research Assistant, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Registration and Data Usage
- As a Research Assistant, you can register for free on the ResPar Platform.
- The information you provide, including your email and other personal data, will be stored in our database to serve you and send you relevant offers and updates.
- If you no longer wish to receive these updates, you can easily unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time.
- Free Exploration of Opportunities
- Research Assistants are welcome to explore all available research opportunities on the platform at no cost.
- You can view details, descriptions, and requirements of the available research positions without charge.
- Application Process
- If you wish to apply for a research opportunity, it is your responsibility to thoroughly review the opportunity’s description and requirements to ensure you meet the qualifications.
- Once you have decided to apply, you will need to pay the listed fee during the checkout process to confirm your application.
- Follow-Up After Application
- After applying, it is important to regularly check the notifications section on the platform to stay updated on the status of your application and further instructions.
- Communication with Research Teams
- You may need to communicate with the research team through the platform’s chat feature. However, certain discussions may occur via third-party apps like WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Throughout the project, one of our Research Coordinators will be assigned to oversee communication and ensure that everything is progressing smoothly.
- Support and Issue Resolution
- If you encounter any technical issues with the platform, you can reach us via our main WhatsApp number or by emailing support@resparlink.com. A member of our team will assist you promptly.
- If you experience any issues related to the research process or team, you should contact the designated Research Coordinator for the specific project you’re involved in.
- Work Commitment and Refund Policy
- As a Research Assistant, you are expected to perform your duties as instructed and attend all required meetings.
- Your level of authorship in the research paper will be determined based on the amount of work you contribute. This will be evaluated by the Researcher and Research Coordinator using their feedback submitted during the entier project.
- If you fail to complete your tasks or miss meetings without a valid reason, you may be removed from the project. In such cases, only 20% of your payment will be refunded.
- Point System and Data Privacy
- Our platform includes a point system where Research Assistants can fill out surveys to collect points. These points can be converted into vouchers for stores within Saudi Arabia.
- Your survey data remains completely private and is not visible to anyone, including our team. You are free to participate in the surveys if you wish to collect points. For more information about the point system, please refer to resparlink.com/points-system.
- General Responsibilities
- By registering as a Research Assistant, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your availability and commitment to the project you are involved in.
- We encourage you to communicate openly with the Research Coordinator and other team members to ensure a productive and professional collaboration.
