About Survey System

By using the ResPar platform’s survey system, you agree to the following terms:

Survey Submission: Both researchers and research assistants registered with an institutional email can submit surveys to gather responses from users inside and outside the platform. For now, this service is offered free of charge.
Point System: Only research assistants are eligible to receive points for completing surveys. These points can be redeemed for vouchers with our partner stores. Once a voucher is created, it cannot be undone or reversed.
No Compensation for Researchers: Researcher accounts are not eligible to earn points through survey participation.
Response Privacy: All survey responses are confidential. No one, including ResPar platform managers, can identify who submitted a response.
Voucher Redemption: Points collected by research assistants through surveys can be converted into vouchers that are valid at contracted stores. Vouchers cannot be revoked or canceled once issued.

1. Data Collection:

The ResPar platform collects anonymous survey responses from its users. Responses submitted through our system are stored securely and cannot be traced back to the respondent.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality:

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of survey respondents. All answers submitted via surveys are anonymous, and no identifiable information will be linked to the responses. Even ResPar platform managers cannot access information that would reveal the identity of respondents.

3. Use of Survey Data:

Survey data is used solely for research and analysis purposes by the party that created the survey. The results can be viewed through the survey result dashboard and downloaded as an Excel sheet by the survey creator.

4. Point System and Vouchers:

Research assistants earn points for completing surveys. These points can be redeemed for vouchers with stores that we have partnered with. Once a voucher is generated, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
Researchers are not eligible for the point system and cannot earn points by filling out surveys.
When the user – the one who have the voucher – visits the merchant’s store, the staff may request their information to be added to the system. It is entirely within the assistant’s discretion to provide this information or decline. Our Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the merchant specifies that we will direct customers to their store in exchange for a significant discount.

5. Eligibility:

Surveys can be submitted by both researchers and research assistants with registered institutional emails. However, only research assistants are eligible to receive points for survey participation.

6. Merchant Page:

Our platform provides links to partner stores where you can find all the needed details about each merchant (e.g., partner stores link).

7. Changes to Policy:

ResPar reserves the right to update or change this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
